What is Jib Crane?

How Jib Cranes Work

Jib Crane Operating Instructions

Checks to be made before use;

Monitor the normal operation of the jib crane by idling;

Care should be taken that the crane hook is in the middle of the load to be lifted.
Do not load more than the crane capacity.
Care must be taken to ensure that the hook is well attached to the load to be lifted.
It should be checked whether the brakes hold by lifting the load 5-10 cm and waiting.
Harsh movements and maneuvers that will adversely affect the crane should not be made while lifting or lowering the load.
Never stand under a lifted or lowered load.
The lifted load should not be suspended for a long time.
In case of any malfunction of the crane, it should not continue to be used and the relevant people should be informed.
Periodic maintenance and control works must be carried out within the period.
Ensure that the rope is lubricated in dust-free environments.
The rope should never be handled with bare hands.
Others should not be allowed to enter the work areas.
